STA Plaza Renovation

The goal for the renovation of STA's Downtown Plaza, as established by the Spokane Transit's Board of Directors, is to enhance services for riders as well as provide services to the surrounding urban community. The scope of work includes consolidating rider services and retail restaurants on the street level, making them more convenient and easy to locate. A waiting area is added on the Sprague Avenue side to allow riders to see their bus arrive.

North Spokane Hospice House

This new Hospice House is located just off Division Street in Northwest Spokane. The 13,000 square foot facility includes 12 private patient rooms. It was designed to be expanded by an additional 8 rooms depending on need.

Urban Outfitters

The new Urban Outfitters is located within Downtown Spokane's retail core at the corner of Main and Wall. The two story, 10,000 square foot building features a contemporary glass design and is connected at the second level to nearby River Park Square.

The building’s form and organization enhances opportunities for formal and informal learning by providing a safe, flexible, functional, durable and inspiring educational environment.

Opportunity Elementary Schools

The modernization and expansion of Opportunity Elementary School was designed to improve student safety and meet Central Valley School District's educational goals and objectives. The project included a complete modernization of the existing 1968's vintage 42,000 square foot school. A 31,000 square foot addition was also constructed, providing a new gymnasium, additional classroom space and a new community art room. The project was phased, allowing students to remain in the building the entire time construction was taking place.

Sunrise Elementary School

Sunrise Elementary School was expanded and modernized to accommodate current educational requirements. The scope of work included expanding the school from 51,000 to 74,000 square feet. The existing building was extensively remodeled, and new construction includes a multi-purpose room, art/community room and additional classrooms.
