This student housing complex was designed to provide housing for upper level students with an independent lifestyle; therefore the benefits of private apartment living were combined with the social interaction of dormitory life. Each of the 421 student residents has the luxury of a private bedroom along with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared with a maximum of three suite-mates, while still maintaining proximity to campus.

The mission of the William A. Grant Water & Environmental Center is to facilitate collaboration, innovation and serve as a watershed information resource for the region. ALSC worked closely with the College and the Walla Walla Watershed Alliance to develop a building program and design for a new 10,000 square foot facility that fulfills this ambitious mission.

This 80,000 sf fitness center was completed via a competitive design-build process. The facility includes a gymnasium, indoor pool, locker rooms, fitness equipment spaces, racquetball courts, elevated running track and associated support spaces. It also includes a health and wellness center and support facilities for the Water Survival Training Center.

Patterson Baseball Complex and Coach Steve Hertz Field is the home of Gonzaga University's baseball program. Spectators are greeted at an entry plaza which is axially aligned with the entry to the nearby McCarthey Athletic Center, anchoring the athletic complex at the campus interface with the Spokane community.

This expansion of Gonzaga University's athletic and fitness facilities included construction of a two-story, 12,000 square foot addition between the existing fieldhouse and pool buildings. The addition connects the two structures and includes a prominent entrance to serve both.
