This 5,000 seat stadium will be new location for football and soccer games for Spokane Public Schools. It will also host a new professional soccer team via the United Soccer League. In addition, the stadium will host concerts, large-scale special events, and other sporting events.
The stadium is being built on property owned by the Spokane Public Facilities District, located between Howard and Washington Streets, south of Boone Avenue, and just north of the recently completed Podium athletic facility.
The project includes a 44,840 SF field level with lockers and a service area, 15,530 SF of concourse space and buildings, 5,510 SF of mechanical and administrative space, 94,900 SF of concourse and seating space, and a 5,530 SF press box.
Design features include the ability to light up the stadium at each event with the school colors of the home team.
