Downtown Spokane Parking & Business Improvement District

ALSC's Andrew Leeper has been named as a Director of the Downtown Spokane Parking & Business Improvement District. His role will include helping to set policies and determining how BID resources are spent to improve the economic capacity of downtown Spokane through the provisions of enhanced municipal services in the areas of cleanliness, safety, promotions, marketing, and transportation.
