ALSC Names New Associate Principals

Tina Johansen, NCIDQ: An accomplished Project Manager, Tina is a gifted interior designer specializing in municipal and hospitality markets. She brings a passion for excellent client service and creating beautiful spaces for each project she undertakes. Tina received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and Master of Arts in Interior Design from Washington State University and is NCIDQ Certified. Featured projects include Northern Quest Resort & Casino Expansion, the STA Plaza Renovation, and the Yakima Convention Center Expansion.

Troy Bishop: ALSC’s Director of Design, Troy ensures every project has a solid framework by incorporating fundamental design principles. He provides innovative design direction and encourages team members to grow in their specific skill set. Troy’s talents have been applied to recent projects including the Northern Quest Resort & Casino Expansion, Whitworth University Athletics Leadership Center, and the expansion of Southridge High School in Kennewick.

Kim Phelps: As ALSC’S Director of Technical Design, Kim stays up to date on a variety of construction methods and ensures every project is produced at the highest level of consistency and craft. Her analytical and visualization skills make her a versatile architect and an integral part of our team. Kim received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and is a member of AIA Spokane. Featured projects include Ridgeline High School (Central Valley School District), the Walla Walla Community College Science & Technology Building, and the Spokane Convention Center Expansion.
