Kim Phelps is a respected leader with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and design. As ALSC’S Director of Technical Design, Kim Phelps stays up to date on a variety of construction methods and ensures every project is produced at the highest level of consistency and craft. Kim’s analytical and visualization skills make her a versatile architect and an integral part of our team.
Kim’s dad, who was also an architect, inspired her to pursue this profession. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and is a member of AIA Spokane. On the weekends, she loves spending time with her family at their lake cabin.
