Iren Taran is an experienced architect with a passion for traveling the world. She has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Washington State University and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the Portland State University.
Iren’s favorite buildings include work by Santiago Calatrava, Richard Rogers, and Zaha Hadid. When Iren isn’t working, she’s planning her next adventure. Her love for exploring and learning about different cultures has taken her around the world to 25 countries. During a trip to Afghanistan, Iren was inspired by the resilience and creativity of the people as they rebuild their lives after decades of destruction. Back home, she enjoys walking and biking along the Centennial Trail with her husband and kids.
