Administrative Assistant Job Opening

Administrative Assistant:

We are seeking a motivated person that works well in a fast-paced team environment. This position is a key member of the admin team that will provide direct support on a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to a staff of 40+ architects, interior designers, and marketing professionals. The position will have primary responsibility for working on a variety of documents types including meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, specifications, and contracts. The position will also provide backup front desk and phone coverage as required and also assist the Office Manager with accounting and other tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years working in a professional office environment
  • Work well in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, time manage, and multi-task under firm deadlines
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, great listening skills, reliable, and customer service oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
