This project involved the redevelopment of the former Burlington Coat Factory Building in downtown Spokane. Located just across the street from River Park Square, 809 West Main was designed to include retail and restaurant space on the lower level, a fitness center on the second floor and condominiums on the upper levels.
Parking is provided in the basement to serve retail and residential customers to accommodate a minimum of 60 vehicles. 25 living units (2,000 square feet per unit) are provided. Each unit includes an exterior balcony, separate entry on Main Street and access to valet parking.
