Laboratory & Storage Building

Department of Fish & Wildlife
Spokane Valley, WA

ALSC provided architectural design services for this new facility at the Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife's regional office in the Mirabeau Point area of the Spokane Valley.

The single story, 5,300 square foot structure is located just west of the existing 14,000 square foot Fish & Wildlife office building. The lab was designed accommodate scientific work ranging from sampling fish DNA to conducting necropsies on moose and other large animals. It also includes secure evidence storage for the department’s enforcement division and storage for some of the agency’s maintenance equipment.
