“Terrell Turns Twenty: A Look Back to the Library’s Beginning,” created by WSU business and economics librarian Mary Gilles, runs through Sept. 12 at Terrell Library on the WSU Campus.
The team of ALSC Architects and Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership designed this 295,000 square foot addition to be more than an expansion and technological upgrade of the existing Holland Library. It also had to maintain open space in the center of campus, blend architecturally with its sister library and the Compton Union Building and provide street-side access and parking.
